Entitled "A Voice for Victims", the 2004/2005 Annual Report for the ICTJ describes the Center's effort in helping to bring justice to victims of war across the world, by pursuing accountability for past mass atrocities and human rights abuse. This report – among other regional work – specifically features the ICTJ's work in Uganda (see portrait of an Ugandan woman on cover), Canada, and Iraq.
